Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) are individuals who are specially trained to deliver anesthesia. Our office employs two full time CRNAs to provide anesthesia to our patients. Hartman Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery is certified by the state governing board to provide anesthesia and has all the required emergency equipment.

Hello, my name is Gloria. I am certified as a Nurse Practitioner, and I have a Doctorate in Family Practice. I am excited to join Hartman Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and to bring a fresh pair of eyes to the dental medicine world! I love what I do, and I make every effort to deliver excellent patient care, and to make a patient’s visit a relaxed and pleasant one. I enjoy learning new things and staying attuned to the latest articles and lectures on anything from oral pathology and conditions, to radiographic diagnosis, to dental software and equipment. While oral surgery can be a stressful topic for some, I am happy to be a part of a team whose goal is to make you fall in love with your smile again. See you in consult soon!

Opioid Prescribing

In light of the growing opioid epidemic, we are committed to responsibly prescribing narcotic pain medicine.

Our post-operative instructions will include multiple methods to handle your post-operative discomfort to help minimize the use of narcotic pain medications.

Our office takes infection control very seriously. Especially in the era of COVID-19, it is paramount to have infection control standards that exceed CDC and state requirements.

The office has a modern sterilization facility managed by our Infection Control Officer who holds an OSAP-DALE Foundation Dental Infection Prevention and Control Certificate.

After every patient care visit and routinely throughout the day, our office is thoroughly disinfected. We place a special emphasis on disinfection of all commonly encountered surfaces and the office is professionally cleaned on a regular basis.

Your treatment deserves the most attention and clear communication. Our office has two specialized team members that coordinate your care. If additional information or testing is needed prior to your surgery, these team members will assist in obtaining information and coordinating your surgery.
